Brian Scott Quick Facts:
- NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Brian Scott takes the wheel of the No. 11 RIDEMAKERZ Toyota at Kansas Speedway this weekend.
- The Kansas race will be Scott’s second in the No. 11 RIDEMAKERZ Toyota. He finished 30th in the No. 11 at Bristol Motor Speedway earlier this season after an on-track altercation knocked him out of a top-15 run.
- The 21-year-old has driven in a total of five Nationwide races in the 2009 season, with a season-best 15th-place finish at Phoenix International Raceway.
- Scott drives full-time in the Camping World Truck Series, with one win (Dover), seven top-5 finishes and 12 top-10 finishes in 2009. He drove all 25 races in the 2008 Truck season with two top-5 finishes and seven top-10s.
- The Boise, Idaho, native made his NASCAR debut in 2007, driving in seven Truck Series races.

- At the team’s last race on Sept. 26 in Dover, Mike Bliss drove the No. 11 RIDEMAKERZ Toyota to CJM Racing’s best finish in team history – an impressive second-place – securing the team’s third finish of seventh or higher in the past four weeks.
- The 2009 season marks the second season CJM Racing is competing in the NASCAR Nationwide Series full-time. The team is currently 17th in the owner point standings.
- CJM Racing transitioned to Toyota Camry’s in 2009 and shares a technical alliance with Joe Gibbs Racing. The partnership formed late last year allows the teams to share technical information as well as research and development.
- The team will bring chassis # 001 to Dover. This chassis is a workhorse for CJM, having run at Michigan, Kentucky, Chicago and twice at Nashville, including a top-10 finish in April.
- The Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway will air LIVE on ESPN2 at 3 pm (ET) on Saturday, Oct. 3rd.
Driver Brian Scott on Racing the No. 11 RIDEMAKERZ Toyota:
“I couldn’t be happier to get back behind the wheel for CJM Racing. I had a great time with CJM at Bristol earlier this year, and we were running well until the end there when we had the contact, so I’m looking for some redemption at Kansas.”
Driver Brian Scott on Kansas:
“I’m heading into Kansas with confidence. I’ve had some good runs there. The track fits my driving style. There are multiple grooves there, and it allows me to race the way I want to race. I’m looking forward to it.”
